Muslim Culture Week Open Day at Berlin Mosque – 3 October 2026
Report by the Imam Amir Aziz
On 3 October 2026, Berlin Mosque welcomed around 200 visitors for a lively
and meaningful Open Day, held in collaboration with Muslim Culture Week
Berlin.
The Mosque was filled with friendly conversations, curiosity and a spirit of
openness. Visitors explored the historic Mosque, learned about its history
and Islamic traditions, and took part in guided tours and discussions.
Islamic literature and educational materials were distributed, giving guests
an opportunity to learn more beyond the event.
The day created a wonderful platform for dialogue, cultural exchange, mutual
understanding and peaceful coexistence, bringing people of different
backgrounds together.
A sincere thanks to Galida Badoella from Suriname, Muhammad Ali, Yasir Aziz,
Sabeena Bushra, Ambreen Aziz, Zunera Aziz and Furqan Aziz, whose
contribution made the day a warm and memorable occasion.
